Help Small Dog Rescue by Sparticus Inc.
Spartacus Legacy is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit charity located in Brevard County Florida. We are an all volunteer, Foster home based, No-Kill Rescue group focused on finding homes for orphaned and abandoned dogs. Most of the animals in our care come to us neglected, with broken bones and broken spirits, some have been starved, some beaten, while others have just been dumped at a kill-shelter. They require medical treatment, special diets and most of all the love our foster homes are able to provide. All of this while searching for an appropriate “forever home”.
Placement
It is our goal to place each and every dog into the best home for his / her individual needs and with a human family that best suits his / her disposition. We have an application process and references are checked. Occasionally, a home visit may be required. All dogs have a minimum donation amount to adopt and the amount varies. We do not believe in ‘first come, first served’ and all applications received are reviewed by the board and the best candidates are chosen.
